We welcome Dr. Teresa Duran this month as she joins CPA after moving from Houston where she was completing a Blood Bank /Transfusion Medicine Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine Houston.  Dr. Duran received her medical degree from The University of Texas-Southwestern Medical Center – Dallas. Dr. Duran completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology as well as a fellowship in Cytopathology at the University Of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Duran is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology as well as Cytopathology.  Dr. Duran has previously served as Medical Director of various plasma collection and processing centers in the San Antonio and Houston areas.
