Dr. Megan Kressin completed her Master of Arts in Teaching in May 1998 and later, in 2000, decided to attend the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio for her Medical training. She completed her Residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology as well as her Fellowship at Vanderbilt University. Following her Anatomic and Clinical Pathology Fellowship, she completed a Hematopathology Fellowship at Vanderbilt University.

After completing her training, she served as Director of Anatomic Pathology at the Nashville VA hospital as well as Assistant Professor for Vanderbilt University until moving to Austin in 2012. Since arriving in Austin Dr. Kressin has provided Pathology services to the Austin area and most recently, she was the Chief of Pathology at St. David’s South Austin Medical Center.
