University of Texas Medical School Recognizes CPA Pathologist as Outstanding Pathology Educator of the Year

CPA pathologist Amanda Rivera-Begeman, D.O., was recently honored for her commitment to pathology education. Dr. Rivera-Begeman was named Outstanding Pathology Educator of 2023 by Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin, where she has worked for more than five years as an assistant professor in the Department of Diagnostic Medicine.

Dr. Rivera-Begeman embodies CPA’s commitment to actively engaging with pathology education programs, imparting clinical expertise and values of excellent service, superior quality, and uncompromising integrity onto future physicians.

A CPA pathologist for more than 10 years, Dr. Rivera-Begeman is board-certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and pediatric pathology, and primarily serves the Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas, Ascension Seton Medical Center, and Dell Children’s Medical Center.
